How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email. If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team with your order details.

How do returns work?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please visit our My Account section or contact our customer support team with your order number. What is your warranty policy?

All products sold by Tech Solutions Inc. come with a standard 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty service, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the troubleshooting and repair/replacement process.
